We arrange, lend and offer debt financing advice to existing and prospective purchasers of infrastructure assets across EMEA.

As Advisor and Arranger, we structure multi-currency, multi-product debt refinancing solutions for infrastructure clients in Europe, for example in the transport and regulated utilities sectors.

We distribute risk on a product-neutral basis into the bank, public bond and institutional markets across the globe from the US to Asia working closely with colleagues in NatWest Markets.

Our deals include public and private debt capital market issuances, structured and unsecured instruments, rated and unrated, investment grade and non-investment grade, and derivative products.

Why NatWest?

We provide a one-stop shop for all debt related solutions our customers need including  ratings, structuring, credit positioning and distribution strategy across debt markets.

Our broad skillset across debt products (loans, bonds, private placements and derivatives) allows us to offer our customers funding solutions on a product-neutral basis.

In 2019, we helped customers issue 4 public bonds raising £1.7bn and issued 6 Private Placements across GBP, EUR and USD raising the equivalent of £1.0bn.
