Our Supplier Charter (PDF 1.1MB) clearly sets out our own commitments, our progress to date and the ask of our suppliers in the areas of ethical business conduct, real living wage, prompt payment, human rights and modern slavery, environmental sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion and digital accessibility.

The Charter also includes some developments on the horizon and valuable learning opportunities for our suppliers and their wider value chain.

NatWest e-invoicing portal

NatWest provides registered suppliers with access to Oracle Supplier Portal, an online portal which enables electronic invoice submission and provides live visibility of Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payment status.
